How To Get Big Muscles Fast

If you are tired of all the fitness articles which tell you to take steroids so that you can develop larger muscles then this article is suited for you. We all know that steroids have the potential to make you get big fast but at the same time you will suffer from the following side effects; enlargement of the clitoris, shrinking of the testicles, low libido, acne, liver problems, kidney problems, heart conditions, depression, increases aggression, insomnia and withdrawal syndrome.    These magazines will tell you all about the success stories of people who have managed to become big through using steroids but rarely will they tell you about the side effects that most of these athletes featuring in there magazine covers had to endure in terms of the adverse side effects. If you want to become big you do not have to take steroids and train like a maniac as most people tend to think. Remember the basics    In order to build your muscles you should keep your training short and intense. This is because your energy is limited and thus you need to ensure you use it to the maximum. Your blood sugar levels drop after twenty minutes of your training dramatically and with this in mind you need to be selective about the exercise you undertake.    Since you are supposed to keep your training short and intense you should undertake compound movement exercises. When you undertake compound movement exercises you will be able to lift heavier weights and at the same time train more than one muscle group at the same time. Cycle your strength training    The increase in muscle size and strength is interrelated and this should be taken into consideration when you are formulating your training program. You need to ensure that the training program you are using is able to make you increase your muscle size and strength at the same time. With this in mind you need to ensure that you undertake progressive resistance training. This is where you increase the loads you are using in your training until the muscles reach overload.     3. Avoid training for too long    If you want to increase your muscle size, you should avoid training for too long. This is because as you train intensely cortisol is released into your blood stream which causes your muscles tissues to breakdown. The longer you train the more cortisol is released into your blood stream. You should therefore ensure that you keep your weigh training sessions very short.     4. Rest    If you want to get big fast, you should never assume the importance of resting to your muscle growth. When you are resting the body is able to produce important growth hormones which are responsible for making your muscles get bigger.
